Leute, hört auf die Ratschläge von Dr. William Masters

Um Kontrastprogramme war das Theater an der Mundsburg noch nie verlegen. Und das ist auch gut so. Auf Oscar Wildes Klassiker „Das Bildnis des Dorian Gray“ folgt nun nahtlos eine ausgeflippte Off-Broadway-Comedy, die es in jeder Hinsicht in sich hat. Nur vier singende und tanzende Schauspieler, zwei Frauen und zwei Männer, bestreiten dieses temporeiche Musical und übernehmen nacheinander eine Anzahl unterschiedlichster Rollen und Charaktere.

Genau genommen hat dieses revueartige Stück keine richtige Handlung. Hier reiht sich eine Sequenz an die nächste und erzählt in teilweise witziger oder melodramatischer Weise vom Leben und Wirken ganz normaler Menschen, von den Höhenflügen romantischer Liebe bis in die Niederungen von Alter und Einsamkeit.
